i really wanted to like this place, but i just couldn’t. the breakfast was an absolute joke, with cheap sausage and sad toast—who serves that? also, the weak water pressure made showering a test of patience. and as a guest, i expected at least a complimentary snack in my room, not just the bare minimum!

The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, making it a nice, peaceful spot despite being within walking distance of everything. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm—no noise to bother your slumbers.
There were definite downsides. Multiple guests mentioned the breakfast was basic and uninspired, with complaints ranging from cheap sausages to paltry fruit options, all served with little care. The shower had significant drainage issues, leading to flooded floors after use. the setup for the key card power system meant the fridge couldn't be utilized unless you had the card. Managing just one key for two people was a hassle. Not to mention, amenities like toilet paper and bottled water had to be requested, which was a surprise expecting a more comprehensive service. it felt like the hotel didn’t quite deliver on what was advertised.

I stayed for two nights and the location was just grand, right in the heart of Old Town! The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. My only gripe was the breakfast options, could've done with a bit more variety. Ah well, still a mighty stay!

Exceptional staff and spacious room
I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious Superior Studio Room that offered a cozy atmosphere and a low bed that made for easy lounging. The staff was incredibly accommodating, eagerly assisting with travel plans and local recommendations. I also appreciated the hotel's prime location within the old city, giving me easy access to nearby attractions without the noise of the busy streets. If I had to note one downside, it would be the slightly basic breakfast options provided.

We enjoyed our stay with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated my wife and two sons. The traditional design added a cozy feel, and we loved being just a short ride away from the night market for some great family fun.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.
